Auto enrolment project management :
Provide proactive support to the employer to ensure compliance by project managing the process for all aspects of automatic enrolment including:
Stage 1 : Now
Officially confirm staging date and produce initial assessment report if needed.
Agree and register point of contact with The Pension Regulator. We can be your point of contact.
Stage 2 : Between now and staging
Initial assessment of your workforce.
Review your current pension arrangements.
Communicate the changes to all your workers.
Identify how you will carry out the processes required to ongoing comply with the automatic enrolment rules.
Identify and help setup the software for carrying out your ongoing assessments.
Keep you aware of auto enrolment legislation and your ongoing obligations.
Stage 3 : At staging
Checking you are ready to automatically enrol eligible workers into a compliant pension scheme.
Assist with registering pension scheme and completing the Declaration of Compliance to Pension Regulator in legal timeframe.
Ensure you know how to make payments to the pension provider.
Check you know how and have a process to comply with ongoing duties.

It is your responsibility to make sure the pension scheme continues to deliver good results for your workers’ retirement savings.
The Pension Regulator states:
You need to review your scheme either formally or informally.
Think about if the scheme is still relevant to you and your staff.

We would endeavour to renegotiate improved terms from your pension provider each year.

Annual employee presentation/update
2 employee back to back annual presentations to employees giving a general update on the pension performance including handouts, ensuring that your workers are kept informed and engaged with the pension scheme. Extra £20/month if needed
These presentations can also be used to introduce the scheme to new workers and as a reminder of the benefits of pension contributions to the existing members.
Employer support :
Assistance as required with using the pension portal; answering any queries the employer may have with regards to auto enrolment and their workplace pension scheme.
Employee support :
We are here to support your employees understand auto enrolment and how it affects them, answering any queries they may have via noticeboard announcements, email, telephone and meeting support where appropriate.
Certification support :
If your scheme payment structure is not on a qualifying earnings basis, you will need to self-certify the contributions meet the minimum statutory contributions at least once every 18 months.
We will provide you support in your mandatory triennial Re-Enrolment process.
