An Employer providing benefits for their workers creates an emotional connection which impacts workers family, finances and health. But there seems to be a definite break down between providing benefits and providing a solid communication plan for the various demographics of worker. Don’t keep your benefits a secret. 
 
Workers need to be emotionally involved and understand fully the benefits to engage and appreciate what’s on offer.
